There is a £75 security deposit for all bookings. This is done by pre-authorisation only so the money will only be held and will be released as long as no damages are incurred.

Please be advised that there will be a wedding taking place every Saturday in a Marquee within the grounds, due to this some noise may be heard.
Rosewood Stud host weddings on site, so please be aware that some noise may be heard from your accommodation.

Due to health and safety procedures all hot tubs are emptied after each booking and re-filled with fresh water which needs to be brought back up to temperature. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature on the day of your arrival.
As of Friday 23rd September on your day of check out we start emptying hot tubs at 9am, unless you have a prearrange late check out, in which case it will 11am.

There are two car parking spaces available per accommodation. If additional parking is required this is charged at £20 per stay per car and needs to be arranged with the park prior to arrival.

Book for 2 or 3 nights between 31/08/18 – 03/09/18 at Aysgarth Lodges and receive complimentary breakfast each day. (T&C’s - each family member receives a cooked Yorkshire breakfast, toast for the table plus a complimentary tea, coffee or juice. Children 13 and under will receive the child’s Yorkshire breakfast. Upgrades will be available for those wanting higher priced menu items and extra items such drinks and toast will be chargeable).

Christmas Events
Falls End Restaurant on Christmas Eve – Christmas DVD at 2pm with Christmas nibbles, mulled wine and hot chocolate. Santa will be there between 4pm-6pm, spending time with the children and giving out Christmas craft goodies for the families to make and a family Christmas Quiz.
In the lodge - there will be a tree ready for them to decorate with baubles, tinsel and lights. There will also be a Christmas Box with goodies for all the family, including a mince pie for Santa, and a carrot and reindeer food for Rudolph.
Christmas day - Falls End Restaurant will be open between 11am - 12pm for drinks then Christmas lunch is available from 12pm - this must be pre-booked.
Any midweek short breaks stays throughout June 2019 will include FREE tickets for Wensleydale Creamery and Black Sheep Brewery
