Please be aware we take a £100 security deposit on arrival against noise, breakages or theft to protect the enjoyment of our guests. A debit card will be required as your pin will be requested on check in. (No cash/apple pay or cheques accepted). This is taken as a holding deposit which will be removed from your account up to 10 days after departure. Please be advised that credit cards can take up to 30 days to release the funds back to your account.
The park have a strict policy in place which states no hot tubs can be used or music after 10:30pm. All guests will receive one warning if there is a complaint if anymore guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

Arrival Information
Please call the park office at least 3 days before arrival on 01482 300804 to collect your Key Code for the lodge. The reception is open until 6pm for you to collect your lodge keys. If you plan to arrive after 6pm or are unsure of your planned arrival time please contact the park to obtain a key code and essential access/arrival information.

Upgraded in 2022 to create a fabulous indoor and outdoor space, this luxury and contemporary two bedroomed lodge has it all!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV plus an en-suite shower room. One twin bedroom. Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The spacious and modern open plan living/dining/kitchen has floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy movie nights in front of the Smart TV, whilst others play on the combined pool table/table tennis/diner. If that’s not enough, chase your top score on our retro arcade games machine. The fully fitted modern kitchen has all mod cons including coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washer.

The park are undergoing some building work between Monday and Friday 8am-5pm, the work is minimal and shouldn’t cause any disruption to customers staying on site. There may be some noise disturbance throughout the day from machinery, however it is in a field next to the park. For any queries, please speak with the park directly.
Located in Swadlincote, this lodge is on a river. Catton Hall and Claymills Victorian Pumping Station are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Swadlincote Ski and Snowboard Centre and Sweet Memory Lane.
