Due to health and safety procedures all hot tubs are emptied after each booking and re-filled with fresh water which needs to be brought back up to temperature. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature on the day of your arrival.
As of Friday 23rd September on your day of check out we start emptying hot tubs at 9am, unless you have a prearrange late check out, in which case it will 11am.

Please call the park office at least 3 days before arrival on 01482 300804 to collect your Key Code for the lodge. The reception is open until 6pm for you to collect your lodge keys. Brand New for the 2021 season, Swan Lake View is a luxury 3-bedroom (sleeps 8) lodge that boasts a centre lounge entrance. This huge holiday home is 42x20ft, giving your family plenty of room to relax and unwind.
The Lodge welcomes you with an open plan, living, kitchen and dining area, all beautifully decorated with modern designs. The living room has large comfortable sofas for you to sit back and relax whilst watching the 50" Smart TV cinema system! The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need including integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. This year we have had our ’Smugglers Cove’ Sports Bar and Mariners Club Entertainment Bar fully refurbished for the 2023 season both of which offer welcoming spaces for the whole family to enjoy. We also offer live entertainment from top-class acts in our Mariners Club, where you can join in the fun or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere! There really is something for everyone! Our amusements arcade, toddler’s outdoor play area, adventure playgrounds and dedicated kids club offer plenty to do for all ages. ’The Shack’ is an entirely outdoor facility allowing your family to enjoy the fresh sea air during your time with us. The Shack comprises a burger bar (Burger Bay) , ice cream parlour (Ice Cream Port) and outdoor bar (Buccaneer Bar).
There are also several outdoor heated beach huts so families can relax whilst enjoying a meal, drink, or simply to watch the children playing. There are also plenty of picnic benches available in this area, so you won’t be short on somewhere to sit and enjoy a burger and ice cream! We have also invested in an outdoor stage area so live music can be played and enjoyed by all the family. We have three outdoor play areas on-site, one of which is our Shipwrecked Adventure Playground! This is in the same location as “The Shack” area. Treasure island, which is focused on toddler age groups, we also have the ’Pirates Cove’ playground which has been placed at the other end of the park so that no matter where you are on the site there will be something to keep kids both big and small entertained.. Please be aware that if you exceed the maximum occupancy for your lodge you may be refused entry and babies must be included in the party total. Wedding parties are not permitted, without prior consultation with the Park.
Arrival Information: You are free to arrive after 4pm. Check in is done remotely, and you should follow the arrival instructions to your lodge. The Park Manager is onsite most days but can be contacted on 07842 657769 should you encounter any problems. Visitors are not allowed on site.
Accommodation Information: Please note your private hot tub may not have reached required temperature upon arrival due to cleaning and refill of this post check out of previous guests.
Facilities: The activities close to Redbrick Woodland Lodges are Horse Riding, Golf, Cycling and Walking. If you wish to use any of these activities the park has the contact numbers which will be given to you on arrival. These activities are not booked by the park.
This lodge is located in Mansfield. Notts Hollinwell and Oakmere Park Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Mansfield Superbowl and Walesby Forest.
