Bryn Sior is a short 5-minute walk to all local amenities, shops, pubs, fish and chip shop and cafes. A national rail station and ferry to Ireland are also within walking distance.There is also a town and coastal bus service passing the end of the lane. The Chalet is situated on a footpath, which leads to the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. It is also a short walk down to the sea, Goodwick harbour or to the beach at Goodwick. There are lots of beautiful places to explore in the surrounding area whether you are into wildlife, outdoor sporting activities or interested in the arts and crafts. More facilities are available in Fishguard there is a small cinema a few Art galleries and swimming pool and sports centre. In the wider area you will be well situated to explore, historic sites such as St Davids Cathedral, Castell Henllys a reconstructed Iron Age Hill fort, Pentr Ifan a megalithic Cromlech and working woollen mill at Tregwynt.
