The space
Finished in December 2019, the property is built to the highest standards. The first floor consists of an open plan living area with venetian plastered walls. The high specification kitchen has copper effect cupboard doors, worktop, sink and tap and includes integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven with hob over. There is mood lighting above the worktop. The copper theme continues with copper microwave, toaster, kettle and switches. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a dining table to seat 4 people. The lounge area consists of an Ambient Lounge sofa and footstall/coffee table, a 43 inch 4K TV and wireless sound system. There is also a small chill area with two velvet beanbags.

Downstairs consists of two bedrooms off the main hallway. A double bedroom with built in wardrobe, 43 inch 4K TV and en-suite shower room with a remote digital shower and luxury gold basin. The second bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobe and 43 inch 4K TV. The high specification bathroom has a remote control digital shower above the bath and the bath can also be filled remotely via a button on the wall. A gateway to Cornwall’s wild beauty, there are many local beaches and beauty spots. Crantoch Beach is a must-see with its epic sand dunes, perfect for exploring; if you venture onto the footpaths to Polly Joke Beach, you might even spot some local seals sunning themselves on the secluded shore. Watergate Bay offers two miles of golden sand and a more peaceful environment, whilst a short drive will take you to the perfect rock-pooling spot at Porth Beach. The home boasts a rich and fascinating history and while it is believed to date back to Elizabethan times, Sir James Roupell Colleton purchased the Hall in 1833 and spent several years upgrading the house enhancing the existing Georgian features; today’s style and architecture reflect this. In recent years, Colleton Hall has been completely refurbished by the present owners, revealing original features and now seamlessly blends its original character and charm with modern interiors and updated furnishings. Colleton East Wing, which once served as the stables to the main hall, can comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. The stylish East Wing has its own private entrance hall, living room, kitchen and three well-appointed bedrooms, two doubles, one of which boasts en-suite facilities, and a twin room, ideal for siblings or friends sharing. The real wow factor can be found outside, the grounds are south facing which allows guests to enjoy wonderful countryside views.
