Folly Farm has now re-opened and admission to the park is included in the price of your stay in one of the unique Showman’s Wagons. The park is open 7 days a week throughout the Summer from 10am until 5pm. Additional safety measures have been implemented across the park and certain attractions and activities at the park remain closed or are operating with restrictions, for the latest information please visit www.folly-farm.co.uk/staying-safe.
Just like with standard camping our safari tents have zip closings but are not lockable. We provide a personal safe inside the tent for small valuables. Holiday park staff are on site during the day and we have night security too.
Access to the Folly Farm attraction is only available during standard opening hours. You will receive your tickets on arrival for your party make-up. Please see the 'Plan your day' page on the Folly Farm website for full info.

Please be aware that the outdoor seating is not available in the winter months.

ACCOMMODATION
Sleeping up to six guests over two bedrooms (and a sofa bed), this bolthole boasts shared on-site facilities including a clubhouse, pub and restaurant to give you a well-deserved night off from the kitchen.

Head inside to relax and unwind in the welcoming, open-plan living area. After sandy days, relax on one of the sofas and spend family time together playing games or watching a family classic on Netflix. At the back of the house is a flat communal grassed area. Why not sit outside with a glass of wine on our garden chairs and watch the children playing in safety and away from traffic.

Time in the salty sea air will have you needing a peaceful, cosy night’s sleep; head upstairs to rest your head in one of the light bedrooms. The first is a double room, while the second has bunk beds and is suited to children – great for a holiday sleepover with siblings or friends. The recently renovated shower room has plenty of hot water on demand. There is no bath.
Take your breakfast outside to dine alfresco in the garden (shared with other properties on-site) before heading out to explore. There is an allocated parking space available on site.



LOCATION
The chalet is located within the Freshwater Bay Holiday Village, close to the beach and within the magnificent Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The award winning Freshwater East Beach is a 3 minute walk away. You can travel further afield to Barafundle Bay (2.5 miles), Broadhaven South (6.5 miles) or make the 9.5-mile trip to the quintessential seaside village of Tenby where a handful of beaches await. From here, you can also board a boat for a fishing trip or to Caldey Island and you can tuck into a traditional portion of fish and chips. The fun packed Folly Farm, Heatherton adventure park and Oakwood theme park are all within easy reach. Treat little ones with a trip to Manor House Wildlife Farm, just 8 miles from your door.

A national rail station and ferry to Ireland are also within walking distance.There is also a town and coastal bus service passing the end of the lane. The Chalet is situated on a footpath, which leads to the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. It is also a short walk down to the sea, Goodwick harbour or to the beach at Goodwick. There are lots of beautiful places to explore in the surrounding area whether you are into wildlife, outdoor sporting activities or interested in the arts and crafts. More facilities are available in Fishguard there is a small cinema a few Art galleries and swimming pool and sports centre.
