Raywell Hall is a family orientated park so they unfortunately do not accept group bookings, hen or stag parties.

Arrival Information

Please call the park office at least 3 days before arrival on 01482 300804 to collect your Key Code for the lodge. The reception is open until 6pm for you to collect your lodge keys. If you plan to arrive after 6pm or are unsure of your planned arrival time please contact the park to obtain a key code and essential access/arrival information.

If you have any problems on arrival and the office is closed please call our 24 hour assistance number 01482 300833.
If you are checking in on a Saturday you may check in from 2pm.

Please note there is a £100 security deposit payable 24 hours prior over the phone or on arrival by credit/debit card. Unfortunately the park are unable to accept cash. This is usually refunded within 7-10 working days (if no damage occurs).

Same sex parties will be required to pay £100 refundable deposit upon arrival or the next day. All damages caused during stay to be paid for.

Please note that the park are developing the site and will be laying turf along with new road surfaces, there will be machinery and noise therefore may be some disruption although the park have assured us they will do their best to keep this to a minimum. Please note due to the location of Sycamore Pet 1CD and Vogue Classique 3CD you may be more effected by the noise of the park’s extension.
Our postcode does not work in a sat nav! Please look out for us, next to Skirlaugh Garden Centre, on the A165 halfway between Coniston and Skirlaugh. For detailed directions, please check the welcome email. There is a £100 refundable security deposit - payable before arrival (please note the park will send a link to their online portal where payment can be made).

To gain access to your lodge a swipe of a credit or debit card is required on arrival for a £200 security deposit. This will not be taken from your account, only held. The money will be released on departure once the accommodation has been checked.
Bath robe & slipper sets are an additional £10 per person (included in Whistler, Mulberry ).
One set of towels per guest and one toilet roll per lodge is provided.
To respect others staying on the park, hot tubs and swim spas are not to be used after 11pm and noise must be kept to a minimum after this time to avoid noise disturbance to others.
The park has CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING and FLY FISHING on site which are open seven days a week, 9am – 5pm. If you would like to take part in any of these activities during your stay, please contact the park directly either by email or telephone prior to your stay. Clay Pigeon Shooting needs to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Suitable for groups of any size and age, novices to professionals.
Any single sex parties or group bookings will have to be approved by Hoseasons before a booking can be confirmed. Failure to do this may result in refusal of entry on arrival at the park.
The building work being carried out close to reception is for a brand new visitor centre which is going to include a bar, restaurant, amenity shop and gun room. Work is due to be complete when the facility opens in the Summer of 2020.
Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of Takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.
