At the foot of the bed is a small TV/DVD player so you can catch up on your favourite movie of an evening (no aerial). In the morning, prepare a coffee in the kitchenette area which has everything you need for making a light snack or even an evening meal, complete with a plug in convection hob, small oven and a fridge. The owner can provide space to freeze anything if needed. The quirky wooden door leads into the shower room which has a basin and WC, and the whole carriage is insulated with an electric heater making it cosy all year round including the chilly winter nights. Outside, there is a gravel area with ample place to sit and enjoy the evening sun with a drink or two or while dining alfresco. There is a Hobbit House BBQ hut which is fantastic and by prior arrangement with the owner, guests can book this to use at their leisure. Within the BBQ hut is a large fire pit with a chimney which adds to the whole outdoor experience and this is perfect for cosying up and cooking. There is allocated parking for one car.
