Head through the lodge s patio doors, into the stylish open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which comes complete with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining table is a great place to enjoy a continental breakfast or a sumptuous evening meal cooked up in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and under counter fridge/freezer. After a full on day exploring why not retreat to the comfy sofa in front of the cosy wood burner and enjoy either your favorite film on TV or the beautiful views over the ponds, enjoying the ever changing scenery. The master bedroom, that also benefits from those beautiful ponds views, features a double bed and a wall mounted TV. Finally, the spacious shower room and WC completes the interior of this lodge. Sit out and enjoy the views overlooking the water, from the lodges decked balcony. Chose either the patio furniture here or head down to the lower part of this outdoor area, where you have access to some more rattan furniture for a more up and close experience of those carp jumping in the water. On site allocated parking is available through gated access. Private fishing is available for a fee payable direct to the owner. There is also the use of a shared utility area with a washer/dryer.

Nearby seaside resorts of Shanklin and Ventnor, both just 6 miles away will be the ideal spots to get your fair share of all of this and more. On your doorstep are also a wonderful array of walking and cycling routes with direct access to a network of footpaths including the Stenbury Trail and a wonderful walk along the River Yar. Stepping up into the lodge will bring you into the long stylish hallway running through the home. Just inside the door are some useful cupboard and floor space which is perfect to drop off those muddy boots after a day exploring the island s trails and there is also a small utility room with a washing machine. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is directly ahead of you. The kitchen here has everything you need including an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining table by the kitchen provides ample seating for all to sit together for some breakfast or even a nice evening meal together. Situated directly beside this area is the cosy lounge which really does speak for itself. There is a wood burner (first basket of logs provided) for cooler evenings, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV to enjoy your favourite films after a busy day exploring. On that sunnier day, open the bifold doors and let the sunshine and fresh air through. Making your way back down the hallway will bring you to the two bedrooms, one being a king size bedroom complete with an en suite shower room with a shower and WC, and the other with a set of twin single beds. Both rooms provide large wardrobe spaces. Completing the interior is the bathroom, containing a bath, separate shower and WC. Making your way outside the property via the bi fold doors or pathway at the front of the property will bring you to your spacious enclosed outdoor space. Enjoy the views far and wide across the rolling fields whilst making use of the BBQ, fire pit and outdoor seating, perfect for your four pawed friend too. The shower room has a walk in shower and WC with an electric towel rail to ensure that guests have warm fluffy towels each morning. Outside, the hut has an enclosed, secluded garden area with a wood fired cedarwood hot tub from which you can enjoy the stunning countryside views. There is a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals using the charcoal BBQ and an outdoor sink. There is also a delightful fire pit area with cosy seating just perfect for toasting marshmallows under the night skies.

The historic village of Lenham is only 3 miles away and is a quintessential Kent village with many independent shops, tearooms, and pubs. For those looking for a spot of retail therapy, the nearby towns of Canterbury and Ashford offer shopping and popular family attractions such as Canterbury Cathedral. Leeds Castle (7miles) makes for a great family day out, and there are a whole host of stunning National Trust houses, gardens, and other wonderful locations that will keep the family entertained. For those looking to head to the Kent coastline, there are many sandy beaches to enjoy that are about 16 miles away and perfect for a day at the seaside. As you enter the light filled timber lodge which is located on the owners' grounds, leave your coats and boots in the entrance hall and continue through to the main living area. This spacious and bright area features an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area and French doors opening onto a decked area. In the kitchen, you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Whip up a delicious family meal before sitting down to dine at the dining table with seating for all overlooking the fields outside before retreating to the cosy lounge area for the rest of the evening. Here there is a large comfortable corner sofa perfect for unwinding in front of the Smart TV/ DVD player. Heading back into the hallway you will find 3 bedrooms (all with Hypnos beds) a king size with an en suite shower room with shower and WC, a super king size zip and link that can be made into a twin upon request, and a further twin bedroom all of which have Smart TVs. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC, and the property is completed with a handy utility room with a washing machine. Heading outside there is a large, decked area that wraps around the property and features patio seating for six guests before a set of steps leads down to a lawned area for children to play on. Enjoy a morning coffee and watch the sunrise in the distance overlooking the stunning fields and countryside beyond. There is private parking for three cars. In a separate building (unheated) there is a games room with table tennis, child friendly darts, pool table and kids pool table.

Entering the Woodland Wagon into the open plan studio area you are greeted with spectacular woodland views, two comfy chairs, a dining table, and a Smart TV. The kitchen area has all you need to cook a light meal or whip up a snack with a combi microwave oven and electric hob and fridge with ice compartment. After a busy day exploring the local area retreat to the king size bed for a comfortable night s sleep. Completing the inside of the wagon is a vanity basin and just a few steps away outside there is a shower room with shower and separate WC. Heading outside the heart of the woodland is a bird watches paradise and you will find woodland walks in abundance. Just a few metres from the Woodland Wagon you will find an outdoor seating area and a fire pit for barbecuing. Next to this is the spectacular Gumbo tent with its own log stove and twinkly lights, it is an ideal private space for yoga, tai chi or just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the woodland. A short walk away across the driveway you will find the Piano Room with a piano and wood burner, a great place to curl up with a book or why not treat yourself to a spa treatment. Continuing along the woodland path leads you to the beautiful 1940's showman's wagon which has a wood burner for those chilly days and spectacular countryside and sea views from the decked seating area. Heading back down the driveway towards the Woodland Wagon you will find the Summer House where you have use of the commercial pizza oven, camper roast master and an additional fridge. The lodge enjoys a beautiful and timeless view across to historic Bodiam Castle, which is managed by the National Trust and is well worth a visit. Hop on the nearby Kent and East Sussex railway and take a visit to the market town of Tenterden with its tree lined high street, and wide range of independent shops, restaurants and cafes. For keen walkers, there are ample local footpaths surrounding the property which are perfect to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy unspoilt views. 5 minutes stroll within the grounds of Quarry Farm, there is also a café and farm shop, "The Hub" offering Wi Fi, water sports, a beauty salon and many other facilities. From the veranda, enter through the patio doors into this delightful lodge into an open plan lounge/ kitchen /diner, with large bay window with far reaching views. The cosy lounge features a comfy sofa, perfect for cosying up in front of the TV/DVD and watching a good film. The kitchen is contemporary and well equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, and fridge, and has a breakfast bar and stools. Walk through to the romantic bedroom where there is a double bed and beyond this you will find the uniquely finished shower room with a large walk in shower, twin basins and WC. The bespoke fittings throughout are made from oak salvaged from the woodland around the farm from the 1987 storm. Outside, the covered veranda is the perfect spot to relax whilst enjoying a glass of bubbly, before dining alfresco on the patio table and chairs. A bench to the side of the lodge next to the chiminea offers views of the sunset a perfect end to a perfect day. There is ample off road parking next to the property.

The cabin is located at the top of the garden of Wisteria View. There is enough parking for 8 cars. The main house won't be rented during your stay so you will have access to all of the parking and garden
This cabin is located in Chippenham. Dyrham Park and Bath Assembly Rooms are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Willsbridge Mill and Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Bath Racecourse or Bath Rugby Stadium. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

We are pleased to offer isolated self-catering accommodation in a newly erected log cabin with a hot tub, built in the grounds of our 16th century home, with views of The North Downs here in Thurnham, Kent.

The Cabin (23ft by 10ft) has been decorated and fitted out with a contemporary look and offers full heating throughout. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, with an en-suite shower room. We provide toiletries, hairdryer, and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers.
Enjoy even the chilliest of days at the cabin! Relax and soak in the scenery and local wildlife in the luxury of your own private hot tub.
After a day spent enjoying the outdoors, you might want to relax in front of the television or just enjoy the flicker of the flames created by our instant-heat electric fire. If you want to prepare your own meals, there’s an oven, microwave and hobs. We’ll even arrange for a food delivery if that’s what you want and store it in the refrigerator ready for your arrival.
Weather permitting, you will be able to sit out on your own private veranda that overlooks the North Downs and dine alfresco. You’ll find a barbecue in the shed we have provided, which can also house any bikes you might decide to bring. Fortunately, The Cabin is completely fenced, with its own entrance and land, so if you do bring a four-legged friend, you can all relax.
We can advise you on local walks and cycle routes, even those including our wonderful local pubs! This area is steeped in history so you might perhaps choose to visit nearby Leeds Castle and find out why Henry VIII stayed there. The shops are a short drive away.
