The Lodge is a detached one bedroomed unit and it is available all year round for up to two adult guests. We are happy to accommodate a baby, with no charge for the 'extra guest'! We have a travel cot and high-chair for your use if required (subject to availability). The property has a large south-facing patio area overlooking a private garden for your exclusive use with seating for four. There is a barbecue and access to a shed for two bikes. We provide you with the 'essentials' for your arrival such as tea, coffee and sugar, hand soap, cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom, as well as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets to start you off. There is a sofa bed in the lodge which can accommodate an extra guest .
The Royal Oak pub next door is excellent for food and also accepts dogs.

This wonderful cottage is situated on the owner s farm with its own private area to ensure a relaxing break away from it all. The local village of Shabbington has a riverside pub and the River Thame borders the property with riverside walks nearby. Thame (3.9 miles) is worth a visit for its weekly market on Tuesday. Long Crendon (2.2 miles) is a picturesque village, famous for being a filming location of Midsomer Murders. Also easily accessible is Oxford (12.5 miles), renowned for its world class colleges and stunning architecture across the city. To enjoy a little bit of retail therapy, Bicester Village is only 14 miles away. Head up the driveway up through the farm to the cottage, which has its own private area for you to be able to relax and enjoy this peaceful location.
