The lodge comes complete with a new TV with free view, DVD player, toaster, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery and pans. Linen is provided but we ask that you bring your own towels. Dining is for four at the main table. Central heating throughout with additional electric heater - all gas and electricity costs are included. There is also a well stocked, reasonably priced shop and cafe at the entrance to the park with a laundry in the park.

There is a three nights minimum stay with check in after 1600 and check out before 1000.

This chalet is located in Boat of Garten. Loch Garten Osprey Centre and Craigellachie National Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Landmark Forest Adventure Park and Speyside Wildlife. Cairngorm Reindeer Herd and Highland Wildlife Park are also worth visiting.

To gain access to your lodge a swipe of a credit or debit card is required on arrival for a £200 security deposit. This will not be taken from your account, only held. The money will be released on departure once the accommodation has been checked.
Bath robe & slipper sets are an additional £10 per person (included in Whistler, Mulberry ).
One set of towels per guest and one toilet roll per lodge is provided.
To respect others staying on the park, hot tubs and swim spas are not to be used after 11pm and noise must be kept to a minimum after this time to avoid noise disturbance to others.
The park has CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING and FLY FISHING on site which are open seven days a week, 9am – 5pm. If you would like to take part in any of these activities during your stay, please contact the park directly either by email or telephone prior to your stay. Clay Pigeon Shooting needs to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Suitable for groups of any size and age, novices to professionals.
Any single sex parties or group bookings will have to be approved by Hoseasons before a booking can be confirmed. Failure to do this may result in refusal of entry on arrival at the park.
The building work being carried out close to reception is for a brand new visitor centre which is going to include a bar, restaurant, amenity shop and gun room. Work is due to be complete when the facility opens in the Summer of 2020.
Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of Takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.

This lodge is located in Annan. Annandale Distillery and Spoilt Spa at Smiths are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Dino Park and Lockerbie Ice Rink.
