At one end of this glamping holiday home, there is a handcrafted double bed with storage space above for personal items. Along with stylish additions you also have a kitchenette that offers everything you need to prepare a light snack or a hearty evening meal with a plug in convection hob, small oven, and a fridge with an ice compartment. The owner can provide a place to freeze anything extra if needed. There s a basin and WC in the shower room which is accessed via a sliding wooden door and the entire carriage is insulated. An electric heater ensures this cabin is a cosy space all year around. Outside, there is a gorgeous courtyard area next to a pond, complete with countryside views and ample places to sit and enjoy the evening sun with a drink or two. There is a Hobbit House BBQ hut which can be booked by prior arrangement with the owner guests and within the hut is a wonderful fire pit with a chimney that adds something special to this holiday. There is allocated parking for one car.

The Space:
Based on the ground floor, Lorna Doone can sleep up to five guests across two bedrooms (and a double sofa bed!) It also features a bathroom with full shower cubicle, kitchen/ diner and lounge area.

The chalet offers a spacious, open plan lounge/ diner, complete with ”bar” style dining and modern kitchen fittings. The property is well equipped with appliances and includes a cafetiere.

The lounge also offer’s guests a smart TV, perfect for families to snuggle in with a movie after a busy day at the beach. The property also offers a smart speaker and Wi-Fi too, as well as plenty of board games and books to keep the younger members of the party amused whilst dinner is being prepared. The lounge also features the double sofa bed, with the extra bed linen available upon request.

The bathroom features an electric shower, sink basin, toilet and a vanity cupboard with plenty of storage room.

When it’s time to let your head hit the pillow, Lorna Doone offers two comfy and cosy bedrooms – one with a king size bed and a twin room with two single beds. Neptune has been extensively refurbished during 2012 and 2015 to create an outstanding beach cabin of excellent quality.

The three bedrooms are contained within the old boat part of the building, with the open plan kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom, cloakroom and hallway housed within a later extension.

Neptune enjoys a lovely position set back from the beach by about 40 paces. The raised terrace at the rear of the property directly overlooks the Creek and enjoys fabulous sunshine in a wonderfully tranquil setting. A perfect place for relaxing, dining and taking drinks.

This is a perfect family retreat in a great beach location, yet close to a great number of amenities, making it ideal for all types of holiday makers.

Heacham has much to offer including pubs, restaurants, indoor play activities for children to name but a few. There is a handy cafe at the top of South Beach Road too, great if you don't fancy cooking a Full English yourself!

The Farmer Fred's Play Barn is a great indoor play adventure for children, which is extremely handy when the weather isn't playing ball! The food here is also surprisingly good.

The pick of the pubs in Heacham is probably The West Norfolk. You will need to book your Sunday lunch if you don't want to be disappointed.

There are local shops for groceries including a Tesco Express and superstores within 4 miles at Hunstanton. By foot the Jennings shop, up the road, has most of the essentials and many non-essentials well covered.

Get your groceries delivered direct from Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Ocado and save room on packing.

Get takeaway curries, fish and chips, kebabs, pizzas etc delivered when you fancy too!

Whilst Beachside is located in a very peaceful location, it is still very well served with local facilities.

Excellent parking at the front for a couple of cars too.

ELECTRIC CARS:
Due to insurance purposes, guests must never charge their car using a standard outdoor plug or an extension cable linking to a domestic plug. This is not permitted because of fire regulations regarding wiring, earthing rods and voltage restrictions; it poses a serious fire risk to standard 13 amp sockets and there is a real danger that the body of the vehicle could become live. There is no EV Charging point at the property and if you have an EV, you will need to charge it elsewhere. Use of electricity to charge cars is not included in the rental price.


Located in King's Lynn, this cabin is on the waterfront.
