The kitchen area, to your right, is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A central island and stools allow for sociable dining. In the handy utility you will find a washing machine, sink, and electric drying rack. You can relax in the comfortable lounge area with a wood burner and Smart TV. Leading on from this room is a hallway, which leads to the bedrooms. There is a king size bedroom, a king size with en suite shower room, dressing area, and WC, and a twin bedroom. Completing the accommodation is a contemporary bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC. Heading outside via patio doors from the open plan living area you will find an enclosed garden, with a patio, furniture, and a private hot tub. Mostly laid to lawn, the garden is a great space for children to let off steam and adults to unwind. To the front of the property is ample off road parking.

We ask our guests for a £125 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

- We ask that there should be no loud noise be it from voices or music outside after 10pm, so as not to disturb other residents who wish to be quiet. If you are using the hot tub, be aware that noise travels in the still of the night, so please respect other guests who are here for a peaceful break away from it all
