Upon entering this home, you will immediately notice the unique nature mural design which spreads throughout the property. First off, you will come to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine which you can use to make a warming morning brew to enjoy at the breakfast bar. Making your way through to the lounge space, you will find two stylish sofas, a Smart TV and a wood burner (first basket of logs provided). There are even some handy dog towels here to clean off pets so they can fully relax too. Moving through the hallway will bring you past the spacious bathroom complete with a bath, separate waterfall double ended shower and WC, and finally onto the bedroom which screams comfort with a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space for guests to use. You can make your way to the rear enclosed garden via the French doors in the lounge, from the bedroom or even a gated entrance to the left of the home. This outdoor space continues the theme of luxury with guests having access to their own private hot tub, outdoor seating, sun loungers and BBQ on the patio space, and a grassed area too. There is also the added benefit of a lockable shed where guests can store bikes when required. There is private parking for two cars.

The space
Welcome to our beautiful off grid Shepherds hut with separate Shepherds hut private bathroom, both huts are set in idillic country side setting away from all the hustle and bustle of modern life. lighting in the Shepherds hut is solar powered and controlled with a hand remote. There is also a solar usb charger for your phones. Additional battery lamps are also provided as back up, it also has its own battery operated pretty fairy lights for a romantic setting.

Separate small shepherds hut houses chemical toilet with flush, basin and hot rain shower. Water to the basin and shower is hot and heated by a LPG gas heater. There is also a remote control solar light and additional battery operated lanterns inside the hut.

The sleeping hut houses a kitchen, and a raised double bed and there is room under the bed for hanging clothes and additional space for a floor double pocket sprung mattress. Children love sleeping in this area as it feels like their own den.

The kitchen area in the Shepherds Hut has gas single hob and gas built in oven. There is also a sink and hot and cold tap. Washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels provided. We also have a 3 way cold fridge that runs from lpg gas. We provide milk, tea, coffee, eggs and sugar for your stay. Cutlery and crockery is found in the inside camp kitchen, along with a rubbish bin. Dinning can either be around the camp fire or if the weather isn’t up to it then we have a small table stored under the bed in the Shepherds Hut, that can be brought out and used inside the shepherds hut for cozy feel. The shepherds hut is insulated with wool and there is a wood burning stove for heat. (Wood provided).

The outside kitchen has a wood fire pit with tripod to hang kettle and pots on to boil water or toast your marshmallows, which we will provide for you. We also have cast iron toasted sandwich maker, frying pans and pots to cook over the open fire with. Wood is also provided for your stay along with fire lighters and matches. The outside area has a large fire pit and griddle for outdoor cooking. We also have a bbq. Wood will be supplied daily throughout your stay for use on the fire pit.

The huts have outdoor solar fairy lights that come on when it gets dark and there are candles outside to use around camp fire for a relaxed setting. Also outside on raised oak floor is a beautiful slipper bath with hot and cold water. Bath outside under candle light and twinkling of stars at night. The bath is behind a modesty screen, which allows you to take in the open views of the river and fields during the day, whilst maintaining your privacy.
Guest access
The site is accessed down a track. It’s about 400 meter walk from the car parking area. We can take luggage down using our miniature tractor and trailer if required
Other things to note
Our off grid Glamping units are only open from 1st April to the 31st October. Our large Shepherds hut with Hot tub is open all year round. We have no wi fi, but 4G works fine on site. Also if you require a tv then please let us know and we can supply a small lap top/dvd player which can be kept charged at our house and will give you a few hours of battery life before needing a recharge. Please contact me if you want to book for larger family groups in my other huts with Scandinavian Hot tub for availability.

Located in Lymington, this chalet is on a river. Southampton Cruise Terminal and Brockenhurst Manor Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore New Forest National Park and Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The lodge is situated in the picturesque 5 star Shorefield Country Park on the outskirts of Milford on Sea and is just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The local beach has unrivalled views of the Isle of Wight and the Needles. Bournemouth is also just 25 minutes away. The New Forest walks, cycle rides and countryside begins just 5 minutes drive from the Park.
Inside the lodge there is a lounge area, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen which includes hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A utility area has a combined washing machine and drier.
The three bedrooms include a master bedroom with en-suite facilities. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds and there is a separate family bathroom with bath and shower. There is full central heating.
The patio area, which goes around two sides of the building, has 6 chairs and 2 tables for your alfresco dining. More comfortable reclining chairs are provided for your relaxing. You can receive the benefit of all day sun.

This lodge is perfect for relaxing and can provide a complete holiday but you may like to walk to the beach and there are some lovely cliff or promenade walks.
Apart from walking and cycling the New Forest is full of things to do and places to visit – from ‘Paultons Park’ and ‘Peppa Pig world’ theme park to the motor museum at Beaulieu, to horse riding, paddle boarding and animal sanctuaries. And don’t miss the famous ponies! – There is a whole range of activities available and we have a folder, kept at the lodge, of dozens of things that might interest you.
In addition there is no shortage of pubs and restaurants in a 5 mile radius – many situated in the countryside.

Buses:
There is a bus on the beach road (Number X1) that goes from Lymington, through Milford on Sea, New Milton and on to Bournemouth. It runs hourly and the stop is 10 minutes from the Lodge.
During the summer months open deck buses offer tours around the New Forest. One can be picked up at the park itself.

Sea Reach has its own parking with dedicated gate into its garden so you can come and go as you please. We have plenty of space so if you wanted to bring any toys, boats and trailers, windsurfers, bikes, or classic cars, I am sure we can accommodate. Please just let us know.
The cliff-top and beach are a 12 min. walk away through woodland and a small heath. Alternatively if you follow the stream through the woods you can walk to the village hardly using any roads. Milford on Sea has a good butcher, 2 grocery shops, a good fish & chip shop and numerous good restaurants, pubs and wine bars. The sailing and fishing harbour of Keyhaven are minutes away by car. From there you can walk or take a ferry to Hurst Castle, an exciting fort built by Henry V111. Keyhaven is an outlier of the New Forest National Park. The main body of it is about 15 mins away by car. Here you have a wonderful open space for all sorts of activities. If you are interested in wildlife then the Forest is a must but you may also see birds, deer, badgers, squirrels and foxes near Sea Reach. If you follow the sea wall from Keyhaven it will take you to the internationally famous sailing centre of Lymington. Here there are two marinas, harbour-masters pontoons and the old Town Quay. Boats galore, river trips, ferry to the Isle of Wight, sea water swimming pool, shopping, eating are all part of this lovely Georgian market town. (Market day Saturday) If you like walking or cycling there plenty of options that start right from the door of Sea Reach. Beaulieu, the home of the National Motor Museum, is about 25 min by car. It is a beautiful village at the top of the navigable section of the Beaulieu River. There is a wonderful walk downstream to the well preserved 18th century shipbuilding village Bucklers Hard.

Sea Reach is no smoking and no pets. ( Though we do have our own black Labrador called Raffa. He is not allowed in the cabin. ) Children are welcome but please note that the stairs are steep and open on one side and there is an unprotected bit of landing. It is clear to an adult that there is no reason to go there but a child would see it as a challenge. This is a weekly rental with changeover day on Saturday. We will sometimes consider shorter rentals.

Cozy Shepherd Hut with outstanding views, wood fire Hot Tub and Wendy House for the children. Welcome continental breakfast hamper and Nespresso coffee. The hut is situated on the edge of a meadow over looking a valley and accessed down a driveway to our main horse yard and beyond the yard. Parking is outside the garden area to the hut. Then by foot it’s 10 yards along a gravel path to the hut door. There is plenty of wildlife to see. Watch the sun and moon rise from the windows of our hut. Enjoy the amazing wood fired large hot tub with hydromassager and led light and on a clear night look up and see the large canopy of stars. Our hot tub is useable all year round and can get really warm with the wood we provide you with. It is children orientated with bunk beds and a Wendy house full of toys in front of the hut in a fenced garden area. But equally great for couples as the hut is in a very private location. Our place is larger than a standard hut. It’s length is 21ft in total and offers a double bed and small wardrobe. A fully functional kitchen with microwave oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment and all cooking and eating utensils supplied. A breakfast bar with 2 stools. A luxurious bathroom, with flushing Victorian style toilet and a shower with large rain shower head and a basin. The water is heated by a tank concealed under the bed and holds 100 ltr of hot water at anytime. The hut is heated throughout for the colder months and we have additional radiators if needed. There is also a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The hut also benefits from being fully insulated and double glazed. Outside we have a large wood fired hot tub with hydro massager and led lights and most importantly a wine glass holder, so you don’t have to reach too far for the bubbly. We have no wi fi, but 4G works fine on site with most network providers. The hut also has a tv and built in DVD player. Outside is a gravel area with rattan furniture, fire pit, gas bbq and hot tub and to the front of the hut a barked play area with large 2 storey Wendy house full of toys to keep the kids entertained and another fire pit and grill should you wish to cook over a open fire.
