Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £125 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 

Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Fabulous views of the Estuary and horizon can be enjoyed from the many windows and french doors and even from the comfort of the luxurious bathtub! The second en-suite double bedroom on this level boasts equally impressive views. 

Three bedrooms are situated in the upper floor. Two of the double bedrooms are larger in size with access to private washrooms. The smaller of the double bedrooms has nautical themed porthole windows and an en-suite bathroom. Heading back downstairs to the basement, you will find the snug area, perfect for a cosy movie night. The space
The apartment was converted from an old disused detached flat roofed outbuilding in 2021 to a very high standard specifically with accommodating guests' in mind.
No expense has been spared on the conversion with solid hardwood furniture throughout, spectacular bold Oak beams to the front and oiled hardwood oak cladding, a fully functioning kitchen and a beautifully tiled wet room with rain shower.
