To gain access to your lodge a swipe of a credit or debit card is required on arrival for a £200 security deposit. This will not be taken from your account, only held. The money will be released on departure once the accommodation has been checked.
Bath robe & slipper sets are an additional £10 per person (included in Whistler, Mulberry ).
One set of towels per guest and one toilet roll per lodge is provided.
To respect others staying on the park, hot tubs and swim spas are not to be used after 11pm and noise must be kept to a minimum after this time to avoid noise disturbance to others.
The park has CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING and FLY FISHING on site which are open seven days a week, 9am – 5pm. If you would like to take part in any of these activities during your stay, please contact the park directly either by email or telephone prior to your stay. Clay Pigeon Shooting needs to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Suitable for groups of any size and age, novices to professionals.
Any single sex parties or group bookings will have to be approved by Hoseasons before a booking can be confirmed. Failure to do this may result in refusal of entry on arrival at the park.
The building work being carried out close to reception is for a brand new visitor centre which is going to include a bar, restaurant, amenity shop and gun room. Work is due to be complete when the facility opens in the Summer of 2020.

All the accommodation is presented to a very high standard, and all have views over the Firth, each lodge has been decorated and dressed to a high level and each units has a private bubbling hot tub for you to enjoy after a day of exploring the area.

The park has the benefit of a reception area and a children’s play area. There is a clubhouse on site which also has a pool table.

The old market town of Cupar is worth a visit. There is also a fantastic Farmers’ market in the town centre on the second Saturday of each month, so you can add fresh local produce to your shopping basket, if you fancy a game of golf the seaside town of St Andrews is located just 15 miles away..
