The kitchen is well equipped with Electric Oven and Gas Hob, built in Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a Blender/Juicer.

The master bedroom has built in wardrobes, matching bedside tables, TV , hairdryer and an Ensuite Shower room with electric shaver point, heated towel rail and Amtico flooring.

1/3 of a mile away is Pine Lake where water sport enthusiasts can enjoy a day on the lake.
