Arrival Information: Darwin Escapes check-in’s are available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01202 622 434 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Darwin Escapes kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. Ashwood Tree Services will be carrying out some essential tree works that were highlighted during a recent tree condition survey.

They will be onsite from Monday 5th December – Friday 16th December, the works will be taking place throughout the week and more than likely over the weekend.
The work will be in various areas around the resort.

Unfortunately, this will cause some disruption to our guests (mainly noise), the contractors will be asked that no machinery is used prior to 9:00am.
We aim to always assist you in making the most of your holiday and wanted to advise of essential maintenance work to the Hedges via Tree Surgeons which will be taking place between 13th – 17th March 2023. The park will try their best to keep any disruptions to a minimum, however, do want to advise that there could be some noise disruption. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
