If you are arriving after 5pm please contact the park office 01768776641 to arrange key collection. Your instructions will be left in the late arrival box at reception door.
You will be required to provide a swipe of your credit or debit card upon arrival as a security deposit. This will be deleted at the end of your stay when your holiday home has been checked.
Hot tub use is strictly from 7am to 10pm only. Please respect other holiday makers and young children - excessive noise will not be tolerated and please be aware that you could run the risk of the tub being turned off. Please note that this applies to hot tub accommodations only.
For group bookings under the age of 25 and same sex parties please contact the park in advance for approval.
Those with pets - please ensure your dog is on a lead at all times whilst in the park.

Old Laundry Theatre and Armitt Museum and Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Orrest Head and Ambleside Pier. Treetop Trek and Holehird Gardens are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails, cycling, and horse riding nearby.
